Seasoned Red Beans
Yields: 2 Servings
Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon water
¼ cup onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, pressed
1 (15-ounce) can red beans
¼ teaspoon chili powder
1 Tablespoon nutritional yeast
1 Tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Directions:
In a small saucepan, sauté onion and garlic in water
Add remaining ingredients and heat to desired temperature
Serve
