Broccoli Salad
Yield: 6 1-cup servings
Ingredients: Dressing | Directions: |
½ cup cashew butter 2 Tablespoons maple syrup 2 Tablespoons lemon juice 2 Tablespoons water ¼ teaspoon garlic powder ½ teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon Bakon® Hickory Smoked Dried Torula Yeast | Combine all ingredients and set aside. |

4 cups broccoli, chopped ⅓ cup red onion, diced ⅓ cup roasted sliced almonds ⅓ cup juice sweetened dried cranberries and/or sliced grapes and/or strawberries | Place prepared vegetables, fruits and nuts in a large mixing bowl. Add dressing and toss until evenly coated. Chill until ready to serve. Bon Appétit! |
