Baked Winter Squash
Yield: 2-4 servings
Ingredients:
1 winter squash (butternut, acorn, spaghetti, pumpkin, etc.)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Cut squash in half from top to bottom.
Remove seeds.
Place squash in a shallow baking pan, cut side down.
Bake for 40-60 minutes, or until tender.

Steamed Butternut Squash
Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients:
1 small butternut squash
¼ - ½ cup water
¼ - ½ teaspoon salt (optional)
Directions:
Steam for 20 minutes over medium-low to medium heat.
Make sure there is a small amount of water in the pan.
Enjoy and Bon Appétit!
Variation: Add 2 Tablespoons nut butter.
